For standard urns, the shipping times typically range between 2-5 business days. Please note that for custom urns, which require a meticulous crafting process, the turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks. This includes 5-7 days for the careful creation of your one-of-a-kind urn, and an additional 7-10 days for shipping. We value your business and are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our delivery process.
Shipping Costs: Our shipping fees are structured to be as straightforward as possible. Here's a simple breakdown:
- For the first urn, a flat rate of $10 applies.
- For each additional urn, there's an extra cost of $5.
For instance, if you buy three urns, your shipping cost will be $20: $10 (for the first urn) + $5 (for the second urn) + $5 (for the third urn).
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders of 6 urns or more as a way to show our appreciation for your trust in our products.
Accessories: Shipping for all accessories is entirely free of charge, regardless of quantity.
